Yes, you can return your order. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable, and you will need to cover the cost of shipping the parcel back to us. Custom orders, however, cannot be returned.
SHIPPING
Our baits are released in batches. When a new drop happens, it usually takes 3-5 days to ship the orders.
It takes 6-8 days. Packages are shipped with full tracking, and each order is delivered by USPS to your door.

- To US/Canada/Australia: Economy shipping is $5, Priority shipping is $10. Shipping for orders over $89 is free (with full tracking).
- To Europe: Priority shipping is €5. For orders over €79, shipping is free.

Your order will be delivered by your national post service, such as USPS for the US, PostNL for the Netherlands, etc.
Some international orders may incur additional customs and import fees upon delivery, which you are responsible for paying.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee, your parcel may be abandoned, and Zorba Baits will not be held responsible for any loss of funds. If you’re unsure whether you’ll be subject to customs and import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
BAITS INFO
Each bait is crafted from waterproof, extremely durable PU resin. They are coated with a highly resistant and flexible clear epoxy, ensuring protection even in the toughest conditions.
All baits are painted with special pearl paint, providing realistic light reflections that mimic the appearance of a real fish.
Yes, each bait has an action video included in the product information. These videos showcase the bait’s realistic swimming action and escape slides designed to effectively attract predators.
Generally, no. But I’m open to ideas so if you have a really good color combination in mind, or there are multiple questions about a particular color – it’s possible I’ll make it happen.
It’s neither foil nor real fish skin – the idea is taken from nature but painted by [Dominic] hand. I use paint but also special pigments which resemble the natural reflections of the scales.
